Disposition

Reviewed and incorporated into public Markdown pages, runtime discovery surfaces, and wiki handoff records. The raw Improvement files were moved from active intake to agent-file-handoff/Archive/2026-05-11-improvement-concept-layer/ so production packaging is no longer blocked by active Improvement files.
