# Wiki.FFTAC.org Human Briefing

Updated: 2026-05-15

Wiki.FFTAC.org is the shared long-term memory target for the WP-FFTAC workspace. It is meant for reviewed, durable memory that should survive individual AI sessions without bloating each site's hot handoff files.

## What Humans Should Know

- Site-local short-term memory stays in each project's `AGENTS.md`, `readme.human`, `.uai/`, and `agent-file-handoff/` folders.
- Short-term working memory follows `https://uaix.org/en-us/tools/ai-memory-package-wizard/`; long-term reviewed memory follows `https://llmwikis.org/tools/llm-wiki-setup-wizard/` pointed at Wiki.FFTAC.org / `wiki.fftac.org`.
- Wiki.FFTAC.org now has its own `.uai/` bundle and `agent-file-handoff/` buckets so the long-memory site follows the same handoff contract as the source sites.
- Wiki.FFTAC.org stores reviewed long-memory summaries, source pointers, manifests, and transfer evidence.
- The public site is now organized around task routes: `/start-here/`, `/search/`, `/memory/crawl-map/`, `/memory/sources/`, `/wp-fftac-memory-and-site-structure/`, and `/for-ai-agents/`.
- Machine readers should prefer the `wiki-fftac/v1` REST namespace for public wiki.fftac.org discovery and search.
- A wiki entry is not current operating truth until the owning site has accepted it through its Project Handoff files, code, release note, or owner instruction.
- Do not put secrets, credentials, private customer data, or unreviewed sensitive material into public-facing wiki pages.
- Production packaging audits all known site handoff buckets and should fail if active files are sitting in `Content/` or `Improvement/` without recorded disposition.

## Clarify Before Promotion

- Which source site owns the fact.
- Whether the fact is current, historical, stale, contradicted, or blocked.
- Whether the memory can be public, internal-only, or needs redaction.
- Which site-local hot-memory file should receive the accepted summary.
