## Current State

- Wiki.FFTAC.org has hand-authored long memory in `wiki/`, raw preservation in `raw/`, generated pages in `content/pages/`, and WordPress packaging through `aiwikis-core`.
- Site-local Project Handoff and Agent File Handoff were added on 2026-05-11.
- Workspace production packaging now has a planned handoff audit guard for active intake and missing setup.
- The public memory surface now has task-first entry points, a reviewed-memory search page, breadcrumbs, contextual related routes, grouped header/footer navigation, and a public structure contract page.
- Older concept-first pages that conflicted with generated public slugs are preserved under archive/legacy routes, and content quality now fails on duplicate slugs.

## Next Maintenance

- Keep this `.uai/` bundle aligned when wiki architecture, packaging, source roots, or transfer rules change.
- Keep `wiki/index.md`, `wiki/log.md`, and `LLM_WIKI_TRANSFER_LOG.md` current after source migrations or file-intake batches.
- Preserve the `wiki-fftac/v1` REST namespace in public documentation while leaving inherited `aiwikis-*` identifiers as internal compatibility names.
