# File Handoff

## Active Buckets

- `agent-file-handoff/Content/`: candidate wiki content, source material, transfer notes, or memory pages to review.
- `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/`: setup requests, plugin/theme notes, crawler issues, archive problems, or handoff automation improvements.
- `agent-file-handoff/Archive/`: processed source files and batch archives moved out of active intake.

## Rule

On `AGENTS.md` load, inspect active buckets before broad work. Active files are complete only after their summary, disposition, hot-memory effect, long-memory/archive outcome, checks, and archive destination are recorded.

Production packaging also audits these buckets. An active file in `Content/` or `Improvement/` is a packaging blocker until reviewed and archived or deliberately deferred with a current owner reason.
