# Decisions

## 2026-05-11: Wiki Site Gets Its Own Hot Handoff

Wiki.FFTAC.org now has its own `.uai/` bundle and `agent-file-handoff/Content|Improvement|Archive` buckets. This keeps the wiki site aligned with the same short-term memory contract as the source sites and lets the workspace handoff audit catch missing setup.

## 2026-05-11: Packaging Must Audit Active Intake

Production packaging should run `scripts/audit-agent-file-handoff.ps1 -FailOnActive -FailOnMissingSetup` before wiki page generation or ZIP creation. Active handoff files in `Content/` or `Improvement/` must be reviewed, logged, and archived or explicitly deferred before publish artifacts are rebuilt.

## 2026-05-15: Public Memory Navigation Becomes Task-First

wiki.fftac.org should lead users and agents through stable task routes instead of requiring them to infer structure from generated source lists. `/start-here/`, `/search/`, `/memory/crawl-map/`, `/memory/sources/`, `/wp-fftac-memory-and-site-structure/`, and `/for-ai-agents/` are now the preferred public entry points, with `wiki-fftac/v1` REST endpoints documented for machine retrieval.
