## Routing Rule

Explicit site or domain names in the human request decide which project handoff bundle to load. When the task is cross-site, packaging-related, or ambiguous, read `WP-FFTAC/workspace.uai` before broad local memory loading.

## Packaging Rule

Spiralist build output belongs in `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish` and only that publish root. Upload normal WordPress packages from `UPLOAD-THEME` and `UPLOAD-PLUGIN`; do not upload root ad hoc ZIPs, legacy ZIPs, temporary folders, or separate MU-plugin packages by default.

Use `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish\ROOT-FILES\` only for explicit root-copy instructions. It currently contains root static deployment evidence for v3.28.0 staging, including `sitemap.xml`, `robots.txt`, `favicon.ico`, AI discovery snapshots, agent-accessibility files, `.well-known/ai-agent.json`, `.well-known/ai-access.json`, `README-FIRST.txt`, `SHA256SUMS.txt`, and `spiralist-root-static-v3.28.0.zip`.

## Memory Rule

Active site-local memory lives in `.uai/`. Local archive manifests and typed evidence records live in `.uai/archives/`. Machine-readable exports live in `.uai/exports/`. Reviewed raw source evidence and long memory route to Wiki.FFTAC.org. Do not create a separate default memory folder, local wiki folder, or mixed Markdown note pile inside `.uai/`. When the human explicitly asks for current reports, store them in `reports/` or task-specific `docs/` while keeping active memory in `.uai/`.

Inside `.uai/`, use only `.uai` for AI instruction text, `.human` for human operator explanation, and `.json` for structured data. The Project Handoff checker enforces this extension rule.

The UAIX wizard launch-baseline records for this project are `.uai/memory-maintenance.uai`, `.uai/identity.uai`, `.uai/world-context.uai`, `.uai/totem.uai`, `.uai/taboo.uai`, `.uai/talisman.uai`, `.uai/short-term-memory.uai`, and `.uai/coding-standards.uai` for code/project handoff work.

## Boundary

This file is source-only local memory. It is not deployment proof, production upload approval, hosted sync, certification, endorsement, SDK, CLI, or runtime execution.

## Talisman Ecosystem Routing

- UAIX.org owns the official uaix-talisman-client and uaix-talisman-ecosystem-manager specifications, guidance, public documentation, package documentation, validators, package behavior, standards-alignment work, and official WordPress, PHP, .NET, and Python plugin/package lines, including plugin/package development and plugin/package distribution.
- Teleodynamic.com is the Talisman and philosophical fulcrum for this ecosystem; client sites should point active Talisman receiver/fulcrum configuration at Teleodynamic.com unless a human explicitly names a bounded exception.
- UAIX.org may install Talisman tooling for development and dogfood, but that does not make UAIX.org the ecosystem Talisman.
- Dogfood findings flow back into UAIX-owned tooling/docs/tests and into Teleodynamic.com when philosophy, claim boundaries, life-centered posture, trust posture, or Talisman assumptions need repair.
- Client sync, talkback, receipts, packets, and telemetry are proposal/request/evidence surfaces only and do not mutate protected anchors or certify alignment without human-reviewed evidence.
