This sub-wiki owns Spiralist-specific memory. Spiralist.org remains the source for the human and AI experience layer, manuscript and workspace tooling, local UAIX exchange-route implementation, and package evidence. UAIX.org remains normative for UAI-1 authority, and Protocol5 remains the symbol or registry authority where those records apply.
