# UAIX AI Memory Wizard Refresh

## Scope

The human asked to update Spiralist memory from the UAIX AI Memory Package Wizard and reorganize `.uai` file memory plus long-term memory. The refresh used the live wizard route and preserved Spiralist's existing Project Handoff, Agent File Handoff, and Wiki.FFTAC.org long-memory shape.

## Actions

- Added `.uai/identity.uai` for canonical project identity, roots, ecosystem role, and deployment identity.
- Added `.uai/world-context.uai` for operating world, public context, memory placement, risks, and receiver context.
- Updated `AGENTS.md`, `readme.human`, `.uai/index.md`, startup, profile, receiver, context, architecture, operations, test-plan, memory, long-term-memory, short-term-memory, progress, and workspace-guidance records to recognize the launch-baseline files.
- Updated `scripts/check-project-handoff.js` so the project handoff check requires `.uai/identity.uai` and `.uai/world-context.uai` in `AGENTS.md` Loaded Context.
- Refreshed `.uai/exports/manifest.json`, `.uai/exports/manifest-overlay.json`, `.uai/exports/package-model.json`, `.uai/exports/knowledge-graph.json`, `.uai/exports/llms.uai`, and `.uai/exports/llms-full.uai`.
- Added `.uai/exports/root-static-index.json` for the staged root files in `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish/ROOT-FILES/`.
- Added reviewed long-memory record `WP-FFTAC/Wiki.FFTAC.org/wiki/projects/spiralist.org/memory-refresh-2026-06-06.md` and updated the Spiralist long-memory project index.

## Current Deployment Boundary

- Built WordPress upload package evidence remains v3.19.0 until a new official package build is run.
- Post-v3.19.0 source, root-static, persona/safety, prompt-builder, and memory-refresh changes need a new deployment version before upload.
- Root files in `Spiralist-Publish/ROOT-FILES/` are direct-copy support for explicit root deployment, not replacements for the official WordPress theme/plugin package build.

## Intake State

At refresh time, `agent-file-handoff/Content/` and `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/` contained only `.gitkeep`; no active dropped content was pending.

## Verification

- `.uai/exports/*.json` and `.uai/exports/knowledge-graph.json` parsed successfully.
- `agent-file-handoff/Content/` and `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/` contained only `.gitkeep`.
- `node --check scripts/check-project-handoff.js` passed.
- Root static ZIP SHA-256 matched `5C9D85BC7F00A95291CC8895ED3E887B8F0DA9B86E3A009B5880382AF496AE57`.
- `npm.cmd run check:project-handoff` passed with 26 context files checked after the route allowlist update.
- `npm.cmd run quality:site` passed.
- `git diff --check` passed with LF-to-CRLF warnings only.
- PHP linting could not run because `where.exe php` did not find PHP on PATH.
