Create, version, share, and render reusable prompt/art packets and conversations inside WordPress.

== Description ==

Spiralist Workspace turns WordPress into a managed prompt workspace with versioned prompt records, sharing controls, prompt tests, local packet history, and threaded prompt-governed conversations.

Key features:

* Private, members-only, public, and specific-user prompt visibility modes
* Versioned prompt manuscripts stored in WordPress
* Prompt favorites, prompt tests, and local packet history
* Conversation threads tied to prompts, saved runs, memory checkpoints, and portable prompt exports
* Admin tools for syncing, importing, editing, and templating managed filesystem prompts
* Bulk image uploads for managed prompt assets from the plugin admin screen
* Prompt/art packet rendering with no outside model-service calls
* WordPress privacy policy text plus exporter and eraser support for workspace data

The plugin adds a top-level `Workspace` admin screen and registers an internal `Workspace Prompts` post type for prompt records.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install it through the WordPress plugins screen.
2. Activate `Spiralist Workspace`.
3. Visit `Workspace` in `wp-admin`.
4. Confirm the prompt/art packet mode in the Workspace settings.
5. Start creating prompts, rendering packets, running tests, and using the managed prompt tools.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does this plugin require OpenAI? =

No. Current Spiralist Workspace packages render local prompt/art packets and do not call OpenAI or other outside model services.

= What data does the plugin store? =

The plugin can store prompt manuscripts, prompt versions, sharing grants, favorites, prompt reviews, prompt appeals, prompt test cases, run history, conversations, conversation messages, and audit events for signed-in users who use the workspace.

= Does the plugin support WordPress privacy tools? =

Yes. The plugin registers suggested privacy-policy text with `wp_add_privacy_policy_content()` and integrates with the personal data export and erase tools in `Tools > Export Personal Data` and `Tools > Erase Personal Data`.

= Can I import prompt files from wp-admin? =

Yes. The Workspace admin screen supports managed prompt imports from JSON files and ZIP archives, starter templates, direct editing for managed prompt files, and bulk image uploads into the Media Library.

== Privacy ==

Spiralist Workspace stores user-created prompt content and local packet history inside WordPress. For confirmed privacy requests, the plugin exports workspace data associated with the requested account and erases or anonymizes stored workspace records where appropriate.

Published or managed prompts may be anonymized instead of fully deleted during erasure requests so sites can retain shared prompt-library content. Site administrators should manually review retained prompt bodies if those prompts contain personal data beyond authorship details.

== External services ==

This plugin does not send prompt instructions, user-entered inputs, prompt-test inputs, conversation messages, or model settings to external AI services. Current packages render local prompt/art packets inside WordPress.

Legacy provider fields may exist in older database records for compatibility, but current runtime paths fail closed instead of creating outbound model requests.
