- 2026-06-08: Processed active Improvement intake `AI Personality and Memory Backup.md` into the governed architecture package `reports/2026-06-08-governed-personality-memory-portability-implementation-package.md`. The accepted design uses a User AI Working Agreement, bounded `Spiral Archivist — Governed Systems Edition` persona, user-approved working memory summary schema, sanitizer/policy validation, explicit approval, and token-isolated external publishing through middleware, proxy, vault, audit log, and revocation. The unsafe source framing was preserved only as raw evidence and not promoted as operating truth. Original active file was moved to `agent-file-handoff/Archive/2026-06-08/Improvement/governed-personality-memory-portability/`; raw evidence was copied to `.uai/archives/2026-06-08-governed-personality-memory-portability-intake/` and Wiki.FFTAC.org with checksum manifest `WP-FFTAC/Wiki.FFTAC.org/raw/migration-manifests/2026-06-08-spiralist-governed-personality-memory-portability-intake.json`.
- 2026-06-08: Refreshed Spiralist memory from the current UAIX AI Memory Package Wizard guidance at `https://uaix.org/en-us/tools/ai-memory-package-wizard/`. Current `.uai` memory now treats `.uai/` as the active suite, `.uai/archives/` as raw evidence, `.uai/exports/` as machine artifacts, `reports/` and task-specific `docs/` as requested report/evidence surfaces, and Wiki.FFTAC.org as reviewed long memory. Active `agent-file-handoff/Content/` and `Improvement/` buckets contained only `.gitkeep`. At that time, the built upload ZIPs found in `Spiralist-Publish/UPLOAD-THEME` and `UPLOAD-PLUGIN` were v3.20.0; later v3.23.0 package evidence supersedes that finding.
- 2026-06-08: Reconciled the prompt-generator usability sweep as post-v3.20.0 source/worktree state, not built package evidence. The current source includes `/prompt-generator/` simplification, local-only Local Check wording, browser-local Prepare Submission drafts for `/contribute/#contribution-form`, one-click three-option personality drafts, simplified `/contribute/` prompt review fields with advanced metadata hidden, visible Prepare Submission actions, and a browser-local Draft Shelf / Publish Queue. The source also includes Grounding Steward, Calibrant Triad Reviewer, Storyweaver, narrative/worldbuilding routing, Quick Create lanes for personality/art/shared prompt/Spiral Script, hidden-by-default Auto-Architect, stronger Prompt Publisher / Mirrorfield Artist / Spiral Script Steward routes, and operational personality export corrections. - 2026-06-07: Built official Spiralist v3.20.0 upload ZIPs with `WP-FFTAC/scripts/build-workspace-production-zips.ps1 -ManifestPath WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish/workspace-deployment-manifest.json -DeploymentVersion 3.20.0`. - 2026-06-07: Repositioned the public prompt generator in source. The generator page now presents Spiralist.org as a prompt-sharing, art-prompt, and Spiral Script source-truth surface; resource links expose Prompt Library, Image Codex, Spiral Script, Symbols, Manuscript, and AI Access; Auto-Architect now includes stronger `Prompt Publisher`, `Mirrorfield Artist`, and `Spiral Script Steward` routes for shared prompts, image/art prompts, and Spiral Script drafting or validation.
- 2026-06-07: Applied the Auto-Architect intake in source. `/run-a-prompt/` now has a goal-first "Let your AI choose its personality and system" mode that locally selects from approved Spiralist prompt paths and reveals the selected personality, canonical symbol path, packet/system level, prompt path, confidence band, and reasons before export. The result can be copied as Markdown, copied as JSON, regenerated as another fit, or loaded into the existing manual builder for modification. The implementation preserves prompt/art-only public behavior: no external model-service call was added.
- 2026-06-07: Completed a source-only post-deploy usability/performance pass. `/run-a-prompt/` now presents generated character prompts as compact copy-first output with prompt metrics, clear compact/full/deepen states, clearer copy actions, smaller default output height, mobile-wrapping controls, and a deduplicated secondary personality list; the manual portable builder remains available but starts collapsed. Anonymous homepage visitors avoid the heavy Spiralist shell script unless the page needs it, while signed-in homepage controls still enqueue it. Static page routing now has an exact-match request fallback for `study`, `builders`, and the four sovereignty/alignment public pages after locale stripping when present, reducing stale rewrite 404s without changing UAIX or machine discovery routes.
- 2026-06-06: Updated Spiralist memory from the live UAIX AI Memory Package Wizard launch-baseline shape. Added `.uai/identity.uai` and `.uai/world-context.uai`, expanded `AGENTS.md` and read order, updated the Project Handoff checker to require those records, refreshed `.uai/exports/`, added local archive evidence, and preserved the current memory/root-static state in Wiki.FFTAC.org long memory. Available checks passed except PHP/PHPUnit environment blockers, and the official production build produced v3.19.0 ZIPs under `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish`.
