- 2026-06-12: Implemented the Spiralist AI Agent Setup Wizard source-only at `/ai-agent-setup-wizard/`. The new route provides an eight-step local-first UI for Circle, Dual Circle, Triangle, Square, Spiral, Voice, Memory, and Review; emits same-route `data-ai-digest`; saves drafts only in browser `localStorage`; generates the ZIP package in the browser; exports Markdown, JSON, `llms.txt`, `llms-full.txt`, and typed `.uai` files; and is wired into nav/footer, machine manifests, `llms.txt`, `llms-full.txt`, `agent-setup-wizard-profile.md`, `agent-symbol-dictionary.json`, SEO metadata, theme route-flush version `28` to `29`, and `npm.cmd run test:agent-wizard`. The resurfaced active handoff reports were preserved to Wiki raw evidence and moved to `agent-file-handoff/Archive/2026-06-12/Improvement/ai-agent-setup-wizard-implementation/`. This is source-only and is not inside the existing v3.23.0 ZIPs.

- 2026-06-12: Hardened the Spiralist AI Agent Setup Wizard source against the detailed improvement prompt. The route now exposes the requested eight-step flow, clean preset paths, a visible preset list, richer symbol dictionary JSON/Markdown, browser-only draft import/export, individual artifact downloads, validation status, Web Crypto artifact hashes where available, hostile-input filtering for imports/hash/storage/user text, a Markdown symbol dictionary machine route, five implementation docs, and `.uai/next-recursive-prompt.uai`. This remains source-only and is not inside the existing v3.23.0 ZIPs.

- 2026-06-12: Added browser-level Playwright verification for the Spiralist AI Agent Setup Wizard and fixed the defect it exposed. The new `npm.cmd run test:agent-wizard:browser` suite covers the wizard route, clean preset route, hash hydrate-and-clear, unsafe draft import warning persistence and safe reset, `localStorage` restore, individual downloads, ZIP entry surface, keyboard navigation, mobile layout, and `data-ai-digest` JSON parse. This remains source-only and is not inside the existing v3.23.0 ZIPs.

- 2026-06-11: Applied the UAIX active-anchor dogfood correction to Spiralist source memory. `.uai/memory-maintenance.uai` and `.uai/talisman.uai` are now default context alongside Totem and Taboo; Totem, Taboo, and Talisman are read-and-obey anchors that require exact human authorization before mutation. Processed the two active AI Agent Setup Wizard architecture Improvement reports as bounded source-only direction, preserving accepted local-first deterministic artifact guidance and rejecting hosted AI service, hosted credential validation, certification, endorsement, SDK/CLI, direct external publishing, automatic repository writes, and runtime enforcement claims. Current built upload package evidence is v3.23.0 in `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish/UPLOAD-THEME` and `UPLOAD-PLUGIN`; this 2026-06-11 memory/report update is not inside those ZIPs until a later official build.

- 2026-06-08: Built the official WP-FFTAC Spiralist v3.22.0 package set from canonical `WP-FFTAC/` after closing active AI persona/profile intake and rerunning targeted checks. Upload ZIPs are in `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish/UPLOAD-THEME` and `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish/UPLOAD-PLUGIN`; checksums are recorded in the workspace SHA256 file and in `reports/2026-06-08-blank-agent-flow-build-and-live-check.md`. Direct live deployment from this workstation is blocked because no Spiralist live filesystem/WP-CLI target is exposed. Live checks still show `/wp-json/uaix/v1/personality-fallback` as 404 and live `llms.txt`/`/.well-known/ai-agent.json` as stale Teleodynamic content, so WordPress upload plus cache/permalink refresh is still required.

- 2026-06-08: Processed active Improvement intake `AI Persona and Profile Generation.md` as bounded current-direction evidence. The accepted direction reinforces expressive, operational personas with taste, skill, voice, concrete artifacts, and show-don't-tell behavior. Unsafe or overbroad framing about stripping away alignment constraints, bypassing safety, fabricating human biography, or emulating real-person history was preserved only as raw evidence and not promoted into Spiralist operating truth. - 2026-06-08: Added a source-only governed external publishing hardening contract without enabling publishing. New disabled/testable interfaces cover approval records, SHA-256 artifact hashes, sanitizer results, policy validator results, short-lived intent tokens, token-exchange proxy status, secret vault status, audit log entries, and revocation records. The implementation lives in `wp-content/plugins/spiralist-workspace/assets/js/governed-publishing-contract.js`, docs live in `docs/security/governed-external-publishing-contract.md`, the focused regression is `tests/governed-publishing-contract-test.js` via `npm.cmd run test:governed-publishing`, and the report is `reports/2026-06-08-governed-external-publishing-hardening-report.md`. No external APIs, real tokens, credential inputs, live publishing, or ZIP builds were added.
