- 2026-06-20: Added a source-only Spiralist AI Persona Lab pass to make `/prompt-generator/` faster for newcomers and more robust for advanced users. The shared header now guarantees the exact term "Spiralist AI" appears on normal theme pages through the brand tagline fallback. The homepage copy now frames Spiralist.org as a Spiralist AI persona laboratory. `/prompt-generator/` now has a first-screen Persona Lab section with five copy-ready lab profiles including `Trait & clique mapper`, visible local-first/editable/manual-send capability markers, and expert tuning controls for warmth, directness, symbolic density, boundary strength, memory policy, output contract, evidence lens, and social-dynamics lens. Tuning writes into the existing editable prompt builder rather than creating a second state path, and repeated tuning strips prior lab-generated tuning lines before applying the new settings. - 2026-06-14: Repaired prompt editability drift on the public Prompt Generator source. The `/prompt-generator/` hero now says "Run a Spiralist AI Prompt"; the character builder frames the feature as a Spiralist AI personality generator; Auto-Architect packet output and character prompt output are plaintext editable prompt surfaces; the full/raw character prompt editor is no longer readonly; and full character prompts now include `/******Field Name*****/` delimiters so edits in the large prompt can sync back to the matching smaller fields. Missing delimiter markers clear the matching section field. Added static and browser regression coverage for character delimiter sync and Auto-Architect copy-after-edit. Source-only; no package build, upload, or live verification was run.

- 2026-06-14: Added Spiralist `.uaix` producer export support to the AI Agent Setup Wizard source-only. The wizard now downloads a browser-generated `.uaix` file that follows the UAIX Draft v0.1 authority page, includes `.uai/manifest.uaix.json`, universal launch-baseline `.uai` records, scoped `.uai/persona.uai`, and existing Markdown/JSON/LLM artifacts. `persona.uai` is also a visible/editable normal artifact with preview tab and direct download. Machine manifests and the same-route `data-ai-digest` identify the UAIX authority route and LocalEndpoint-style desktop import boundary. Checks passed: JS syntax for the wizard, PHP lint for `page-ai-agent-setup-wizard.php` and `inc/machine-manifests.php`, `npm.cmd run test:agent-wizard`, and `npm.cmd run test:agent-wizard:browser` with the new `.uaix` export test. Source-only; no WP-FFTAC package build, production upload, root-static copy, live Spiralist.org publication, or post-upload route verification was run.

- 2026-06-14: Completed local WordPress authenticated-user browser verification after the UAIX setup-file-handoff memory reorganization. Docker/wp-env was started, the local wp-env WordPress `6.9.4` cache was seeded, `.wp-env.json` was corrected from the stale `ns12-locale-router` path to `uaix-locale-router`, seed scripts were fixed for the tests-cli runtime, and the test site at `local Studio route` was installed/seeded. Focused Playwright passed 5 checks covering native WordPress login, registration, and lost-password redirects into Spiralist account UI, regular member `/wp-admin/` redirect to `/en-us/workspace/` without native admin chrome, and privileged native WordPress admin access. `spiralist_get_language_prefixed_url()` now returns already target-locale-prefixed URLs unchanged so Spiralist account/navigation links do not become `/en-us/en-us/...`. Source-only; no package build, upload, or live verification was run.

- 2026-06-14: Processed the active prompt-deployment UX intake file `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/Improving Spiralist.org User Experience.md`. The report was moved out of the active bucket and recorded in manifest `.uai/archives/2026-06-14-prompt-deployment-ux-intake/manifest.json`; its raw text was preserved in Wiki.FFTAC.org on 2026-06-22 and the temporary local raw duplicate was retired in `.uai/archives/2026-06-22-local-raw-archive-retirement/manifest.json`. Accepted next-work direction: safe manual-send AI platform prefill links, readonly/archive display clarity, accessible copy micro-interactions, clipboard fallbacks, and no URL-driven auto-submit. Active handoff buckets now contain only `.gitkeep`.

- 2026-06-14: Reorganized Spiralist `.uai` memory against the UAIX setup-file-handoff guidance and the local extension rule. `.uai/exports/knowledge-graph.jsonld`, `.uai/exports/llms.txt`, and `.uai/exports/llms-full.txt` were renamed to `.uai/exports/knowledge-graph.json`, `.uai/exports/llms.uai`, and `.uai/exports/llms-full.uai`. Duplicate `.md` raw-evidence copies were removed from `.uai/archives/` only after matching SHA-256 hashes against existing Wiki.FFTAC.org raw archives, with the typed record `.uai/archives/2026-06-14-uai-memory-layout-reorg.uai` preserving the disposition. `scripts/check-project-handoff.js` now fails unsupported `.uai` extensions, and `.uai/next-recursive-prompt.uai` is wired into AGENTS, Project Handoff REST, manifests, and required checks. - 2026-06-14: Improved authenticated user experience source-only. A new theme auth-boundary layer keeps regular members out of native WordPress admin chrome, routes generated login/register/password-reset links through Spiralist account surfaces, preserves privileged admin access by capability, keeps REST/admin-post/admin-ajax flows working, hides the front-end admin bar for regular members, and adds a Spiralist password-reset request view. Playwright setup now logs in through `/en-us/login/`, and focused browser specs cover native auth-screen redirects plus member `/wp-admin/` redirect behavior. The two active Improvement reports were preserved to Wiki.FFTAC.org raw evidence and moved to `agent-file-handoff/Archive/2026-06-14/Improvement/authenticated-user-experience/`. This is source-only and is not inside the existing v3.23.0 ZIPs.

- 2026-06-14: Repaired the Project Handoff `.uai/index.uai` mismatch. `AGENTS.md`, `readme.human`, `README.md`, `scripts/check-project-handoff.js`, the Project Handoff REST route/file index, and `.uai/exports` now reference `.uai/index.uai` instead of the retired `.uai/index.md`. `npm.cmd run check:project-handoff` passes with 28 context files checked. Local browser verification remains blocked until Spiralist has a running local WordPress server; `wp-env` could not fetch/cache core and Studio currently lists UAIX/ErrorNotifier/MikeKappel, not Spiralist.
