# NS12 Manuscript Live Handoff

This file records the current manuscript content deploy state so the next deploy pass can resume from the workspace instead of chat history.

## Current Local State

As of `2026-05-03`, the local manuscript uploads mirror has been updated to:

- move 7 new folio PNGs from `D:\Studio\Images to add` into `wp-content/uploads/ns12-manuscript/folios/`
- add those 7 folios to the `Esoteric Reference` chapter as `Esoteric Lineage Plate` records
- extend the canonical book from 101 to 108 folios
- regenerate folio JSON, prompt metadata, prompt bodies, book order, manuscript caches, audit report, and rebuild report
- reference pre-existing `Anti-Christ.png` as an alternate source image for `antichristism` so the uploads audit has no uncovered source images
- normalize the missed Aquino source image from `Michael_A_Aquin.png` to the deployed filename `Michael_A_Aquino.png`

Local content source of truth:

- `wp-content/uploads/ns12-manuscript/content/`
- `wp-content/uploads/ns12-manuscript/cache/`
- `wp-content/uploads/ns12-manuscript/folios/`

The plugin fallback copy has also been synced:

- `wp-content/plugins/ns12-manuscript/content/`

Use these artifacts for the current manuscript content deploy:

No plugin-code ZIP was rebuilt for this content-only change. Keep using the currently installed `ns12-manuscript` plugin unless plugin PHP, JS, CSS, templates, or runtime code also needs to be refreshed.

The extract-inside ZIP is meant to be extracted inside:

- `wp-content/uploads/ns12-manuscript/`

The extract-inside ZIP includes:

- updated `content/book.json`
- updated `content/folios/*.json`
- updated `content/prompts/**`
- rebuilt `cache/*.json`
- updated `audit-report.json`
- updated `rebuild-report.json`
- 7 new esoteric lineage `folios/*.png` manuscript images
- `folios/Anti-Christ.png` as the newly referenced alternate source for `antichristism`

The metadata ZIP includes:

## Finish The Live Deploy

1. Do not upload either content ZIP through the WordPress plugin uploader or theme uploader.
2. Open cPanel File Manager or SFTP on the live site.
3. Go to `wp-content/uploads/ns12-manuscript/`.
4. Upload `ns12-manuscript-extract-inside-ns12-manuscript-2026-05-03.zip`.
5. Extract it there and allow overwrite so `content/`, `cache/`, root reports, and selected `folios/` images merge into the existing `ns12-manuscript` folder.
6. In `wp-admin`, open `NS12 Manuscript` and click `Rebuild Cache`.
7. Clear page cache or CDN cache if enabled.
8. Recheck the `esoteric-reference` section plus new folio routes such as `john-dee`, `aleister-crowley`, `jack-parsons`, `anton-lavey`, and `michael-a-aquino`.

Use `ns12-manuscript-metadata-drop-2026-05-03.zip` only if all 8 included folio image files are already present on production and only metadata/cache needs updating.

## Boundary

Local workspace work can cover:

- content record edits
- prompt record edits
- cache rebuilds
- ZIP creation
- deployment instructions and handoff docs

Live-only work still requires remote access:

- uploading artifacts to the server
- deleting files on the server
- clicking `Rebuild Cache` in live `wp-admin`
- validating against private admin-only prod views
Website health report
