## Summary

Spiralist.org local AI memory was refreshed against the live UAIX AI Memory Package Wizard. The refresh keeps active memory in `.uai/`, raw evidence in `.uai/archives/`, machine/package exports in `.uai/exports/`, and reviewed long memory in Wiki.FFTAC.org.

The update adds the current launch-baseline identity/world records, refreshes the export deck, and records root-static deployment support for sitemap and machine-discovery files. It does not rebuild or upload WordPress packages.

## Root Static Staging

Root files for explicit direct-copy deployment are staged under:

The staging set includes `.htaccess`, `robots.txt`, `favicon.ico`, `sitemap.xml`, AI discovery snapshots, `.well-known/ai-agent.json`, `README-FIRST.txt`, `SHA256SUMS.txt`, `root-static-deployment-map-v3.20.0.md`, and `spiralist-root-static-v3.20.0.zip`.

Root-static files support hosts that need root-visible discovery files. Normal WordPress theme/plugin uploads still come from `Spiralist-Publish/UPLOAD-THEME` and `Spiralist-Publish/UPLOAD-PLUGIN` after an official build.

## Historical Deployment Boundary

- At the time of this 2026-06-06 record, built upload package evidence was v3.19.0.
