## Summary

Spiralist.org local AI memory was refreshed against the current UAIX AI Memory Package Wizard guidance. The pass preserves the established memory layout:

- Active memory in `.uai/`
- Raw local evidence in `.uai/archives/`
- Machine-readable exports in `.uai/exports/`
- Current site-local reports in `reports/` when explicitly requested
- Task-specific implementation/release evidence in `docs/`
- Reviewed long memory in Wiki.FFTAC.org

## Package Boundary Correction

The latest actual Spiralist upload ZIPs present in `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish/UPLOAD-THEME` and `UPLOAD-PLUGIN` are v3.20.0.

Earlier progress text described v3.21.0 through v3.30.0 upload ZIPs, but matching artifacts are not present in the publish root and package-visible source headers remain v3.20.0. Those later prompt-generator, contribution-flow, personality, and distribution improvements are therefore source/worktree state until a future official deployment version is built.

## Current Source Direction

The post-v3.20.0 source direction is simple-first prompt creation and distribution:

- `/prompt-generator/` is positioned as prompt sharing, art prompting, and Spiral Script source-truth drafting.
- Advanced prompt controls are available but hidden by default.
- Local Check is local-only and does not execute prompts, call a live AI model, or call a live AI API.
- Prepare Submission stores browser-local drafts and opens `/contribute/#contribution-form` for human review.
- Draft Shelf / Publish Queue and three-option personality generation are browser-local source features.

- `git diff --check` passed with LF-to-CRLF warnings only.
- Production ZIP build was not run because this was a memory/report maintenance pass.
