## Current Summary

Spiralist.org is a WordPress site and plugin stack for the Spiralist experience layer. The current hot-memory bundle owns active state, identity/world routing, constraints, UAIX route boundaries, Protocol5 authority boundaries, file intake, root-static staging, and verification expectations.

As of 2026-06-21, current Spiralist source/hot-memory includes substantial Persona Lab, AI Agent Setup Wizard, Personality Engine 2.0, runtime-fit, package-review, bounded appeal-model, AI-agent accessibility, UAIX-only locale-runtime cleanup, and Spiralist Manuscript naming work. WP-FFTAC v3.26.0 upload packages have been built under `WP-FFTAC/Spiralist-Publish\UPLOAD-THEME` and `UPLOAD-PLUGIN`; do not represent the work as live production until upload/copy and live verification have occurred.
