## Current State

- WordPress Studio site is present under `FFTAC/`.
- Custom theme `fftac-who-we-are` is present with templates, local assets, Customizer settings, theme JSON, and package README.
- UAIX Project Handoff, Agent File Handoff buckets, and Wiki.FFTAC.org long-memory routing were initialized on 2026-05-10.
- Homepage content-density pass completed on 2026-05-10: `front-page.php`, `style.css`, `functions.php`, `README.md`, and `readme.txt` now reflect a denser public information architecture with topic map, reader paths, library lanes, publication standards, editorial workflow, and safety boundaries.
- The 2026-05-10 Improvement handoff batch was reviewed; safe strategy material was applied selectively and unsafe manifesto/radicalization material was blocked as a content source and used only to strengthen boundaries.
- On 2026-05-11, the active Content handoff research files were reprocessed as a ten-file Antichrist resource hub batch and archived out of active intake. FFTAC.org homepage content was expanded with a resource hub, research tracks, evidence ladder, long-term memory routes, working glossary, curated external resource links, future page blueprints, and web-landscape safety framing.
- The workspace now includes `scripts/audit-agent-file-handoff.ps1`, and production packaging is wired to block unresolved active handoff intake or missing handoff setup.
- Production packaging is now included in the workspace build: `FFTAC-Publish/workspace-deployment-manifest.json` produces `FFTAC-Publish/UPLOAD-THEME/wordpress-theme-upload-fftac-who-we-are-v1.3.0.zip`.
- The 2026-05-11 workspace production rebuild generated 3,967 total Wiki.FFTAC.org reviewed content pages. The wiki plugin upload ZIP `wordpress-plugin-upload-aiwikis-core-v1.1.0.zip` contains 3,971 entries, and the full wiki archive `workspace-wiki-fftac-org-v1.1.0.zip` contains 8,316 entries.

## Next Maintenance

- Keep `.uai/progress.uai` current when durable project state changes.
- Keep `.uai/decisions.uai` current when architecture, ownership, support-boundary, or packaging decisions change.
- Re-run PHP lint when a PHP binary is available; local shell currently does not provide `php`.
