## Startup

- Check `agent-file-handoff/Content/` and `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/` before unrelated implementation.
- Read `WP-FFTAC/workspace.uai` when the task names another site, multiple sites, publishing output, or shared workspace memory.

## Release And Runtime

- Use WordPress Studio instructions in `STUDIO.md` for local Studio behavior.
- Do not treat local runtime files or database artifacts as release artifacts unless the human explicitly asks.
- Record release evidence in hot memory and Wiki.FFTAC.org when an accepted release workflow is established.
