Live guard diagnosis on 2026-05-23:

- `https://antichrist.net/wp-json/site-health-guard/v1/ping` reported UAIX Locale Router `3.14.0` in recovery mode.
- The recorded fatal was `Call to a member function get() on null in ./wp-includes/query.php:29`.
- The stack showed `backuply-pro` calling `home_url()` during plugin load, which invoked `UAIXLocaleRouter\LinkLocalizer::filter_home_url()` before WordPress had initialized the main query object.

Hotfix:

- Built targeted `v3.15.0` upload ZIPs from staged copies because the canonical source files and standard publish metadata files are ACL-locked for the current token.
- The staged UAIX Locale Router package now tracks whether request context has bootstrapped, bypasses URL localization before that point, and guards `Router::get_current_url_tag()` before calling `get_query_var()`.
