# Archived Strategy Memo - 2024-04-23

This file replaces the original long-form 2024 roadmap with a reconciled archive note.

The original memo treated `anti-christ.org` as a mostly blank digital-architecture project and proposed a large phased build involving infrastructure, long-form content, AI search optimization, community tiers, affiliate monetization, multimedia debate, and immersive 3D/VR features.

That roadmap is superseded. The active future roadmap is [07-infrastructure-roadmap.md](07-infrastructure-roadmap.md). Current implemented strategy is summarized in [06-strategy-research.md](06-strategy-research.md).

## Useful Ideas Retained

- The domain has unusually strong cultural, theological, and search gravity.
- The site should avoid low-effort prophecy panic and build toward citable research.
- Historical interpretation matters: Johannine usage, Daniel/Revelation/Pauline composites, Reformation polemics, secular philosophy, and modern systems power are all valid research lanes.
- The archive should support dialectical reading rather than a single sensational answer.
- Structured data, record IDs, source trails, exports, and clear entity framing matter for search and AI-mediated discovery.
- Public and protected spaces should serve different jobs: public record, research archive, intake, and protected workflow.

## Ideas Retired Or Deferred

These are not current roadmap commitments:

- a fixed 18-month phase plan
- 50+ commissioned cornerstone articles before launch
- premium "inner sanctum" membership tiers
- Whop-style community monetization
- immediate LOGOS/Amazon affiliate monetization
- enterprise AIO monitoring as a launch requirement
- mandatory 3D/VR temple models
- live ticketed debates as an early milestone
- university syndication before editorial operations and publication depth exist
- a graph database before the current atlas outgrows theme-backed arrays

## What The Repo Has Since Implemented

The theme now includes:

- public Foundation pages and governance files
- dedicated research atlas, source records, projection ledger, and claim index
- public REST API and generated research exports
- focused research-record URLs
- Research Navigator, custom search, breadcrumbs, structured data, and sitemap discovery
- AI Engine public inquiry surface
- recovery, texts, symbols, downloads, Q&A, support, contact, join, journal, and review-notice pages
- public Signals, Contact Desk, and Program Intake forms
- membership portal and protected members area
- publication tracks and Journal command center

## Future Work Still Relevant

Only the operational layer remains active:

- hosting isolation, CDN, DDoS protection, WAF, backups, and monitoring
- analytics, Search Console, and event tracking
- external newsletter/email and payment/support tooling
- verified-research editorial operations
- partnerships, cohorts, summits, and multilingual expansion after publication depth exists
- data-layer migration if the atlas becomes too large for the theme arrays
