Status: superseded by the current theme and by [Credible Post-Dogmatic Philosophy-2026-04-23.md](Credible%20Post-Dogmatic%20Philosophy-2026-04-23.md).

This memo came from an earlier strategy pass that treated anti-christ.org as sparse, likely confrontational, and not yet structurally credible. That assumption is no longer current. The theme now contains a governed public Foundation site with canonical pages, research atlas, AI inquiry, recovery routing, membership, forms, downloads, search, and launch documentation.

## Useful Lessons Retained

- A sensitive name needs a visible moral center.
- Professional structure, transparent governance, and regular publication matter for credibility.
- Public messaging should build meaning, dignity, and community instead of relying on opposition alone.
- Moderation, privacy, contributor standards, and correction policies need to be explicit before scale.
- External services for analytics, communications, payments, and programs should be chosen deliberately rather than improvised at launch.

Do not reuse the old 2026-2028 implementation phases as active work. The site build they describe has already been replaced by theme code and current docs.
