# Strategy And Research

This file connects the strategy notes to the current site. It is the active strategy status document, not a second roadmap.

## Active Position

FFTAC is now framed as a governed Post-Dogmatic Humanist philosophy and research institution, not as a generic prophecy blog, shock-aesthetic brand, anti-believer campaign, or secular-humanist continuity project.

The active public formula is:

- `Post-Dogmatic Humanism` as the moral and philosophical anchor
- `Adversarial Inquiry` as the method
- `Counterfeit authority` as the target
- `Algorithmic Eschatology` as the flagship contemporary lane

The public question is no longer "who is the enemy?" It is "what is trying to rule the mind without earning trust?"

The strongest current differentiators are:

- the free conscience in public as the audience identity
- `Algorithmic Eschatology` as the flagship research and publication lane
- the `AI Engine` as a bounded public inquiry surface
- the research atlas as a citation-friendly structure for claims, sources, timelines, projection history, and briefings
- governance files, review notices, record IDs, standards, and public policies as visible institutional infrastructure
- recovery-oriented routing for readers leaving fear-based religious systems
- program intake and member workflow as a structured participation path instead of a vague signup

## Active Strategy Notes

- Keep the philosophy legible before launch. The site should quickly communicate free conscience, disciplined inquiry, dignity before dogma, power must answer, repair over ruin, embodied flourishing, and pluralistic courage.
- Keep the AI Engine prominent in public navigation and homepage routing.
- Treat Algorithmic Eschatology as the outward flagship for essays, media, and research handoffs.
- Explain the domain as opposition to counterfeit authority, not opposition to believers.
- Keep governance language visible. Manifesto, charter, standards, review notices, record IDs, and amendment discipline are part of the identity.
- Keep research work citable. Favor source trails, record IDs, exportable data, and clear verdict language over loose commentary.
- Keep recovery paths concrete. Readers leaving prophecy panic need orientation, not another panic system.
- Keep social proof honest. Do not show empty or tiny metrics as public credibility signals.
- Keep publication order deliberate: free-conscience doctrine/framing, flagship AI systems critique, transparent moral method, history of the label as a political category, prophecy-industry deconstruction, then recovery without contempt.
- Use a calm, exact, lucid voice. Explain before condemning; critique systems, institutions, technologies, and claims rather than protected identities.

## Implemented In Theme And Plugin Code

These items are no longer future roadmap tasks:

- Post-Dogmatic Humanism positioning on the Philosophy hub
- About public-thesis cards for the name, target, method, moral center, Algorithmic Eschatology, recovery posture, and governance promise
- homepage Moral Center section with commitments, method questions, and direct philosophy/recovery routes
- top-route default copy aligned across Research, Recovery, Standards, AI Engine, Join, Doctrine Q&A, and Journal
- Standards launch voice checks for domain explanation, moral center, recovery posture, AI boundaries, evidence discipline, and voluntary support/contribution language
- Standards final proof gates for first-contact explanation, recovery safety, evidence trails, AI boundaries, intake/support handoff, publication readiness, and governance review
- Research Navigator entry for the moral center and Post-Dogmatic Humanism search terms
- seven public moral commitments and the transparent moral-method question set
- philosophy voice standards for calm, exact, system-focused copy
- identity tagline and manifesto language aligned to the 2026-04-23 philosophy memo
- dedicated Foundation page structure and provisioning
- homepage with AI, reader routing, launch desk, briefing preview, support route, and research/journal handoffs
- AI Engine page and handler
- Research Program page with framework map, executive briefings, timeline, claim index, source records, projection ledger, focused record views, connection map, API surface, and export desk
- public REST routes under `/wp-json/antichrist-engine/v1/`
- generated CSV, NDJSON, and TXT research downloads
- Review Notices page plus public governance register route
- Editorial Standards page
- About page
- Texts and Symbols labs
- Recovery Guide
- Doctrine Q&A page with expanded FAQ posture for Post-Dogmatic Humanism, domain language, moral method, Algorithmic Eschatology, recovery, participation, and launch operations
- Contact Desk form and route packets
- Support page and support-route helper
- Downloads media room, split media plugin payload, press kit, assets, briefing packets, and export shelf
- Join page with program board, readiness desk, intake form, participation ladder, and output rhythm
- membership portal with protected member-workflow framing
- Journal page with track board, release desk, publication packets, flagship AI lane, and archive flow
- Journal release sequence expanded around free conscience, flagship systems critique, moral method, historical seriousness, prophecy-industry deconstruction, and recovery without contempt
- publication helper metadata for single posts and excerpt cards
- Signals Briefing signup storage
- topic map, Research Navigator, breadcrumbs, custom search page, HTML Site Map, sitemap/robots discovery, and structured data
- preview-safe launch visibility controls, baseline security headers, internal launch readiness checks, and client-side analytics event hooks for launch measurement

## Future Work That Belongs Outside Theme Code

The following items still require operations, external services, editorial process, or partnerships:

- hosting isolation, CDN, DDoS posture, WAF rules, backups, restore procedures, and monitoring
- privacy-aware analytics provider setup, Search Console, conversion dashboards, and launch measurement review using the theme's existing event hooks
- external newsletter tooling and email deliverability
- live donation/payment tooling if support moves beyond the fallback contact route
- final rendered-page proofread after provisioning, admin edits, and first posts are in place, using the Standards final proof gates and launch handoff export as the internal operating aids
- verified-research editorial SOP, contributor criteria, review roles, correction process, and publication review cadence
- digital summits, cohorts, affiliate partnerships, and academic outreach operations
- multilingual strategy after the English canonical files and route structure stabilize
- dedicated data storage, graph model, signed manifests, scheduled dumps, or mirrors if the Foundation Core-backed atlas outgrows code arrays

The active future roadmap lives in [07-infrastructure-roadmap.md](07-infrastructure-roadmap.md).

## Editing Rule

When a new memo changes direction, update this file with:

- what changed
- which docs are superseded
- which theme files own the implementation
- which remaining items belong in the future roadmap
