## Disposition

The two reports were used as the coordinated publish-readiness plan for 2IA.org. Safe recommendations were applied into source-controlled theme behavior and local project memory.

Implemented outcomes include canonical route cleanup, `/hello-world/` redirect handling, default taxonomy redirects, `/research-archive/` as the canonical archive, `/topic-hubs/`, `/metadata-and-identity/`, simplified header/footer architecture, homepage CTA and dossier-link cleanup, Who Cares Wizard copy/download/print actions, article evidence and correction metadata, SEO canonicals/noindex/schema, privacy/security headers, sitemap filtering, homepage hero asset optimization, and route/link regression checks.

Deferred items require owner/editorial/provider/production-server decisions: donation processor, newsletter backend, live inbox/contact address, PGP or Signal instructions, real published briefing source notes, production hosting header verification, and production Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals.

## Verification

- `tools\Test-2IAContentRoutes.ps1 -StaticOnly` passed for 153 manifest routes.
- `tools\Test-2IAContentRoutes.ps1 -BaseUrl local Studio route` passed for 153 routes.

- Lighthouse generated a report but exited with Chrome cleanup `EPERM`; usable scores were Performance 83, Accessibility 96, Best Practices 92, SEO 100, LCP 3.6s, CLS 0, TBT 120ms.
